Monitoring & Evaluation Unit
Maintains and oversees the electronic Reproductive Health Management Information System (eRHMIS) and related web-based platforms.
The unit manages data collection, processing, interpretation, and dissemination for reproductive health decision-making.
Functions:
• National RMNCAYH programme monitoring through annual district reviews and technical support.
• Maintaining and upgrading of electronic Reproductive Health Management Information System (eRHMIS).
• Preparation of guidelines, circulars, and manuals on MIS implementation.
• Enhancement of health staff competencies in RHMIS and eRHMIS systems.
• Management of FHB's learning management system.
• Development of supervision modules and periodic national evaluations.
• Production of Annual Reports, Quarterly Newsletters, and progress documentation.
• Human resource assessment and management guidance.
